To qualify for the pledge guarantee you will need to abide by the following:
- Provide accurate information for our fact find
- Give us authority to approach your existing providers
- Agree a minimum contract term of 5 years
- Follow our recommendations
- Pay all fees on time
- Attend periodic meetings to monitor the scheme
Whilst the Pledge is applicable to the majority of our products there are some products to which it does not apply. If this is the case it will be made clear to you.
